About Me…

Born in New York and raised in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and North Carolina, Jíbólú is a multifaceted New Jersey based photographer with a flair for capturing everyday life with a unique perspective. His moniker, “I see different,” is based on a philosophy that life in itself is art and we have it all around us. If you just take the time to look closely you’ll see it too!

His work is known mostly for its simple, yet captivating aesthetic. Sometimes you have to do a double take to discern if some of his shots are hand-painted pieces. In a sense, Jíbólú believes that his camera is an extension of his hands and he views the world as his giant canvas. From his street shots to landscape pictures, you are bound to find a clever interpretation of everyday life as he sees it.
